We offer services to students with special dietary needs. If your child has diabetic needs or requires a special diet for another medical condition, please download and read the Special Diet Order Letter and Form.Students that require meal substitutions must have a current Diet Order Form on file. The forms must be completed and signed by a licensed physician and parent/guardian.A new Diet Order will be required whenever there is a change in your student's needs.
