Acceptable Forms of Payment

• Secure online payments at K12 Payment Center

•  Cash
  • For elementary students, we highly recommend that cash be placed in a sealed envelope with the student's name and student ID number clearly written on the outside of the envelope.

•  Check
  • Include the following information:
    • Full Name
    • Street Address
    • Phone Number
    • Driver License Number
    • Student Name and Student ID Number in the memo area
  • We do not accept starter checks.
  • We have partnered with CheckREDI for electronic re-presentation of NSF checks and other dishonored check recovery services.

• Cashier's Check
  • Include the following information:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Student Name and Student ID Number 

• Money Order
  • Include the following information:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Student Name and Student ID Number 

A Note about Student Account Information

• For the safety of our students with special dietary needs, we are unable to accommodate requests for any other notes or flags on student accounts.
• Student accounts cannot be deactivated unless the student is withdrawn.
