The file below outlines the CCS Response to Bullying Update for the 2022-23 school year.

This checklist is included in the School Safety Audit and is a useful tool for schools to assess their bullying prevention and intervention practices.

Please print copies of this to be available in your school. Schools can also create a bullying report of their own as long as the information is the same. i.e. elementary level.

This form can be used when reviewing a bullying report.

This form is useful for a more serious situation or for formal investigations.

This letter can be used to send to parent/guardian of offender when there is not a suspension involved. Thanks to Melanie Raso at Bethel for submitting this. Can be revised to fit specific situations.
