Mrs. Sarah Wilson, RN

Hello! My name is Sarah Wilson, and I am the nurse here at JN Fries Magnet School.  I am so excited about becoming a fellow Knight!  I am a Public Health nurse ll with the Cabarrus Health Alliance.

This is my first year here at the school, and I'm looking forward to getting to know all the wonderful students and staff.  I have been a nurse for over 17 years, and have worked in several aspects of healthcare.  My background includes Recovery Room, Pediatrics, Cardiac, ENT, and Head and Neck surgery.  I received my Bachelors in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and my Associates degree in Nursing from Guilford Technical Community College.  

I am married with two boys, ages 6 and 8.  They are enrolled in the Cabarrus County school system as well, at Cox Mill Elementary.  We have two kittie's, Lucy and Lily, who are very much loved by our family!

We have lived in the Charlotte area for 10 years now, and recently made the move to Cabarrus County in 2019.  I love to spend time with all my boys, and we are a family that loves everything sports! If we are not on the ball field or basketball court on the weekends, you can find us cheering on our favorite teams!
