Sian Kolozvary
My name is Sian Kolozvary (the kids call me "Mrs. K"), and I am teaching 7th Grade Social Studies. I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Liberal Arts, minoring in Writing and Behavioral & Social Sciences. I continued my coursework at Queens University in Charlotte in order to secure my licensure in ELA & Social Studies education. This is my 8th year teaching, and my second at J.N. Fries. In my time outside of school, I like to read, write, and go on adventures with my family and two zany dogs. I have a love of the natural world and all the critters that live in it, and spend as much time as possible walking in the woods.
I am so excited to get back into the classroom with your children, and to help make our Ethical Explorers' year OUT OF THIS WORLD!
For Social Studies, students will need to bring to class each day:
1 marbled composition notebook, pencil, colored pencils, and glue sticks.
