Ms. Reddy

Born and raised in South Africa, blessed to be in the U.S!

I consider myself lucky because teaching has always been my passion and traveling; my dream. Now I have been given the opportunity to make it my reality. In 2015, I started off in the childcare field as an Au-pair. I went on to pursue this by studying for a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Development) Degree and graduating cum laude from the University of South Africa in 2019. I began my teaching career in third grade but after three years, I jumped the tracks and made my way to the first grade train. I am honoured to be here at WR Odell Primary, where the students are inspiring and families offer the kindest support. First grade is an exciting place to be! Each student begins the year with so much potential to learn and grow. I feel privileged to not only make that learning come alive, but to get to know the students along their journey towards becoming future leaders.

I would describe myself as having a warm and bubbly personality, with a good sense of humor. I am a complete dog lover and an adventure seeker. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor recreational activities, listening to music, playing board games and trying out new recipes.
