I am so excited about teaching Kindergarten again this school year. This is my second year teaching Kindergarten at Odell. This is my third year at Odell Primary. It is an AWESOME school!! I have been teaching for twelve years. I taught first grade for 2 years. I taught in a one-room schoolhouse, K-4, for six years in Wyoming. I also owned a child care center in Wyoming for 8 years. I was the Director and the preschool teacher. In North Carolina, I taught first, second, third, and fourth grade. I have also done a lot of substitute teaching in Cabarrus County. I attended junior college at Northwest, in Powell, Wyoming and graduated with an Associates in Fine Arts. Also, I attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Eric, for almost 20 years. I have a 17-year-old daughter named Harlie, who is the best! She will be a senior this school year; I can't believe it! I have a dog named Banjo and a cat named Eddie. I love spending time with my family, eating out, painting, scrapbooking and traveling.
