Welcome to my current web page,

I am currently in my 23rd year of teaching and I have to say I really enjoy my job. I currently teach 8th grade common core, IM1 and math intervention. I have always believed that every student, with hard work, should be given the skills to succeed in math. 

I started my own journey learning the basics at Fullerton Community College, I then moved to UCR to focus on my core classes. My degree is in mathematics with an emphasis on economics. After 2 years of teaching I decided it was time to further my education and began my master's program at Chapman University. I currently hold a master's degree in education. 

Though I love teaching and I value my education I love my family. I have a husband of 20 years along with 2 daughters, one 16 and the other 18. Having a family has really helped me to realize student needs and value time.
