TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN & KINDERGARTEN MUST BE MET POLICY

ALL TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTNERS & KINDERGARTENERS MUST BE MET

Guidelines:

• Must be met by a parent of the Transitional Kindergartener or Kindergartener
• May be met by an adult (18 years of age or older)
• Anyone other than the parent MUST be listed on the school’s emergency card and be 18 years of age or older  
• If a person other than the parent is present or if you are not sure if a person is the parent of the kindergartner, CONTACT DISPATCH BEFORE RELEASING THE STUDENT

If you are unsure, contact dispatch before releasing the student

**  Only Executive Director of Administrative Services may grant an exception to the policy.  

If you think there may be an exception on file, please check with Dispatch before releasing the Transitional Kindergartner or Kindergartner.
