Are you interested in Alvord Unified School District's Dual Language Immersion program for your child in 1st - 8th grade?

Acceptance into our Dual Immersion program occurs before a child's kindergarten year. If your child will be starting kindergarten the following school year, please see the Application Process page.  There are two instances in which we accept students into our DLI program outside of kindergarten:

1. We consider students who were enrolled in a Dual Language Immersion program in their previous district

2. We consider Spanish-proficient students who are new to the United States

If your child fits one of the categories listed above, please call the English Learner Support Services office at (951) 509-5094 for next steps. Acceptance is not guaranteed due to limited space in DLI classes.
