The regular meeting of the Warsaw Central School Board of Education was called to order at
6:30 p.m. in the Middle/High School Building by Mr. Robb, Board President.
Members Present: Mr. Robb, Mrs. Royce, Mr. McGinnis, Mrs. Tangeman, Mr. Grover,
Mr. Tarbell, Mrs. Baker
Members Absent: None.
Others Present: Mr. Wilkins, Mrs. Monahan, Ms. Grisewood, Mrs. D’Amico, Mr. Webb,
Mr. Ellis, Mr. Bark
Moved by Mr. Grover, seconded by Mrs. Baker that the Board appoint Mrs. Royce as Clerk Pro Tem for the remainder of the Board Meeting. Motion Carried: Yes 7, No 0, Abstain 0.
Mr. Robb led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Mrs. Monahan gave a presentation regarding Professional Development.
Moved by Mr. McGinnis, seconded by Mrs. Royce that the Board accept the Minutes for the meeting on January 25, 2022, as presented. Motion Carried: Yes 7, No 0, Abstain 0.
The Board reviewed the warrant dated January 28, 2022.
Mr. Wilkins reported that the UPK expansion grant approval was recently received, and offered Mrs. Monahan an opportunity to share some details related to the grant. Mr. Webb reported on Elementary School Trimester option discussions. Mr. Ellis gave an update regarding the senior trip.
Mr. Wilkins gave an update on the mask mandate, upcoming events, the 2022-23 school calendar, and maintenance staffing needs for 2021-22 and 2022-23.

GardnerGrover (Corrected 10/25/22 – TC) that the Board approve the AITC Memorandum of Understanding, as proposed, and authorize the Superintendent to execute said contract. Motion Carried: Yes 7, No 0, Abstain 0.Moved by Mr. McGinnis, seconded by Mrs. Tangeman that the Board approve the adjusted Meal Prices, as listed below.

Moved by Mrs. Tangeman, seconded by Mr. McGinnis that the Warsaw Central School Board of Education approves the following resolution:
Warsaw Central School District, Warsaw, New York, a component district of the Genesee-Livingston-Steuben-Wyoming Board of Cooperative Educational Services, and in accordance with the provisions of Education Law Section 1950(11), hereby nominations Roger Kostecky (of 4316 Buffalo Road, Warsaw, NY 14569) for an at-large position on the Board of Cooperative Educational Services. The nominee (whose term of office would begin on July 1, 2022) is a legal resident of the Warsaw Central School District.

Moved by Mr. Grover, seconded by Mrs. Tangeman that the Board enter Executive Session at 7:15 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the employment history of a particular person. Motion Carried: Yes 7, No 0, Abstain 0.
