Stress Relief For Kids
Learning how to manage stress and anxiety for people of all ages is important. Students in 4th and 5th grade are having a hands-on lesson in Guidance class making stress relief balls and focus bottles. Other activities in this unit Include deep breathing techniques, punching a pillow, developing a plan to manage anger, coloring and popping bubble wrap. The students had a lot of fun and hopefully leaned some new ways to manage big emotions and the stress of everyday living.
