As the Student Services & Operations Coordinator, I have the privilege of serving in various capacities within our school district. Part of my work is dedicated to evaluating and implementing strategies to streamline district operations, with the goal of providing students, families, and staff with a cohesive experience. Communication plays a vital role in a successful school community; therefore, I work to ensure that our stakeholders remain well-informed and engaged in our shared educational journey. Recognizing the crucial significance of student and staff well-being, I work within the District Wellness and the Digital Wellness Committees to advance physical, emotional, and mental health. Attendance is another aspect that is vital to student well-being and success. With this in mind, I collaborate with school administration to track, evaluate, and improve student attendance.
In essence, the role of the Student Services & Operations Coordinator encompasses a variety of opportunities to serve. By enhancing processes, fostering connectivity, promoting wellness, collaborating with our community, and supporting staff and students while celebrating their successes, I am able to contribute to the nurturing and thriving educational environment that is a hallmark of the Miami Trace Local School District.
