Whitney Andrews
Mrs. Andrews has been teaching for 12 years. This is her 7th year at Woodard. Mrs. Andrews LOVES being a Woodard Wildcat!! She loves spending time with her family, especially at the beach! Building strong relationships with students is very important to her. Mrs. Andrews believes all children can reach their goals with support and love.

Summer Gray
Mrs. Summer is starting her 9th year at Woodard Elementary. She is the Speech-Language Pathologist serving students with speech and language delays. She was born and raised in Columbia and enjoys working with students and families in the community she grew up in. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going to Titans games, and being involved in the community. She believes all children deserve a voice and inclusion matters! Lauri Jones
Lauri is starting her 17th year as a school psychologist. After 13 years, she took a hiatus from the school system and worked as a hearing instrument specialist for Miracle Ear for 10 years before returning. This is her 4th year in Maury County, and she is still very happy to be here!! She is a district-wide employee, serving several schools. Working with students is the best part of her job. Her favorite activities are spending time with her loved ones and friends, and reading.

Kurt Kristensen
Mr. Kristensen has taught ELL students K-12 for almost 25 years. He speaks 5+ languages, and also teaches Math. He has high expectations of all his students and strives to have his ELL students master their English skills before they enter middle school. Mr. K has lived and worked all over the world.
At Woodard Elementary School we have high expectations of all our students, and we focus additional support on our ELL students to help them master their Academic English skills and pass their WIDA skills test before matriculating from Woodard’s 4th grade and moving into the more text intensive challenges at middle school level.

Jessica Rogers
Ms. Rogers is in her 18th year of teaching and has taught both general education and special education. She grew up in Memphis and graduated with her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Freed Hardeman University. She loves all things Disney, her sweet puppy Sophie Mae, and living in Columbia. Miss Rogers believes that all students can succeed with support, respect, and love.

Anita White
Mrs. Anita White is a product of the Maury County School system. She attended Brown Elementary School, Whitthorne Middle School, and Columbia Central High School. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Roger, a retired educator, her boys- Kirby, Andrew, and Robin (who are all Woodard wildcats), her daughter in law Caitlin, and her precious grandson, Herky. Mrs. White began her teaching career as a kindergarten teacher at Brown Elementary. She has taught first grade at Woodard for 26 years and has loved sharing her love of reading to many Wiggleworms over the years! She begins her new adventure as Title I Facilitator this year!
