    Frequently Asked Questions

Who do I contact for help at my location?

    • Custodians - Head Custodian at school
    • Transportation Staff (Bus drivers, monitors, etc). - Victoria Earl at the Central Office
    • Maintenance - Erica Bethel at the Central Office
    • CIAS/Cooks/Other at School - Elementary lab attendant or or MS/HS media center

What should I do if I do not receive the email on payday?

First, check your Junk Email and Clutter folders to make sure it did not get flagged. If the email is not there, contact HR to make sure that your email address is entered correctly in Munis.

I received the email, but I cannot open the attachment.

You must have Adobe Reader to open the attachment. If you are working on a district computer, please do not download the program because the newest version does not work with Infinite Campus.  Instead, please check your email on a different computer that will open the attachment.  (Computers are available for use in the computer labs and libraries at each school.) If you are unable to open the attachment from home, you may download Adobe Reader from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.

What if I changed my direct deposit account?

Any changes to your direct deposit account are sent in the first direct deposite file and tested with the banks. Therefore, you will receive a real check the first payroll after the change that will be mailed to the address we have in our system. Going forward, you will receive the direct deposit advice by email.
