Andrew Smith is from Framingham, Massachusetts. He is going into his seventh year of working with kids and has worked at both the Metrowest YMCA and Fuller Middle School. He has had roles in this field ranging from being an after-school aide all the way to being a lead inclusion specialist at the YMCA and was most recently a paraprofessional at Fuller Middle School. His experience in the Framingham community allowed him to meet such a diverse population and he could not be more grateful for such a privilege. He graduated from James Madison University in 2022 with a Bachelor's in Psychology, where his main focus of study was operant conditioning at one of the University's research labs. He is currently getting his Master's Degree in Social Work at Regis College and has hopes of becoming a social worker for FPS in the years to come!
