The Adult Transition Program (ATP) provides a continuation of special education services for students 18-22 years of age with an emphasis on development of skills to increase the ability to participate safely in the community. Curriculum will focus on functional academics. Activities will take place within the classroom and community settings using neighborhood resources. Students ages 18-22 that are enrolled in the district's ATP classes earn a "Letter of Recommendation" upon aging out at 22 years of age.
