I am a Teaching Fellow and graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in elementary education.  This is my 19th year in education!  I have taught second and third grade for 14 1/2 years -- all at Weddington Hills!  I took a short three and a half year break to teach preschool when my children were young.  I am looking forward to teaching your child this year!  

My husband and I are Cabarrus County natives.  I was born and raised in Concord and am proud to be a product of Cabarrus County Schools.  We have two wonderful, active boys - Jake is in 8th grade and Connor is in 6th grade at Northwest Cabarrus Middle School.  Our family has a Miniature Schnauzer named Luke that makes us all very happy!
