Welcome to 1st Grade!

I started teaching at Weddington Hills in January of 2015.  I previously taught kindergarten in St. Petersburg, FL. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Eckerd College and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg.

I moved to North Carolina in October of 2014.  I live in Concord with my husband and a variety of pets.  I love animals, gardening and reading!  I also enjoy cooking delicious meals to share with friends and family.

I am very excited for the 2022-2023 school year!
