All medication will need to be picked up from the health office by the last day of school, June 9th, by noon. Please call to arrange a time to come by and pick up medications and get a new medication form for the next school year if applicable.

Todos los medicamentos deberán recogerse en la oficina de salud antes del último día de clases, el 9 de junio, al mediodía. Llame para concertar una cita para pasar a recoger los medicamentos y obtener un nuevo formulario de medicamentos para el próximo año escolar, si corresponde.
