Ms. Escobar

Hello! My name is Angela Escobar and I am very excited about joining the Fifth Grade team this year. I am thrilled to be your teacher again, and I am looking forward to a year of learning, fun and adventures! But first let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I was born in Armenia, Colombia. A beautiful country in South America. I moved to Bogotá when I was 16 years old to go to college, and I spent the rest 23 years of my life there. I graduated from college and began my professional career as a teacher. I had the opportunity to work with different fellow teachers, students and schools throughout these years, which helped me grow both professionally and personally. 

I have a handsome 7-year-old boy. His name is Emiliano, he will be a second grader this year.

There is so much that I am looking forward to this year! I can't wait to start the school year!
