Fourth and fifth graders are invited to join the Elementary Battle of the Books (EBOB) team.  EBOB is perfect for those who LOVE to read!  Students are expected to read 7 out of the 15 books on the book list given by the NC School Library Association. Twelve students will be chosen to compete against other Cabarrus County Schools about book characters, plots, settings, and more from each of the books listed.

The county competition is typically held in February or March.
