Ms. Julia Signorelli

Welcome, families & scholars! I am a former North Carolina Teaching Fellow and UNC-Charlotte alum with B.A. in English (2005) and M.A. in English (2017) with an emphasis in Linguistics. As of December 2020, I'm National Board Certified in ELA, Adolescence & Young Adulthood!  This is my 17th year in the classroom and my 6th at the Early College. In my life outside of the classroom, I wear the hats of many interests and passions from music, writing, travel, fitness, and chasing around our menagerie of cats and dogs with my husband. It is this love of life and learning that I bring to the classroom, and I’m thrilled to share it with the Nest!
