Mrs. Furr

Welcome 1st grade TIGERS! I am really excited to begin a new year with each of you.  My name is Margaret Furr.  I have been teaching elementary school in Cabarrus County since January 1991. I've taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades at three different elementary schools in Cabarrus County.  I've been at Mt. Pleasant Elementary since August 2002. I think this will be my 6th year in 1st grade at MPES.

I am married to Roger Furr.  We have two children, Daniel and Rebekah.  We are "empty nesters"...and we love it!!  We love to visit the NC mountains to hike and explore waterfalls.
