Mrs. Hoffner

Hi!  I am Cindy Hoffner, a speech-language pathologist with Cabarrus County Schools.  

I began my career 27 years ago in Rowan County, NC  before joining Cabarrus County Schools in 2005.  Along my professional journey, I have served as a SLP at various schools across both Rowan and Cabarrus Counties.  This is my 10th year at Mt. Pleasant Elementary.  I attended North Carolina State University and completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Appalachian State University (Go Mountaineers!).  I received my Masters of Science degree in Speech Language and Auditory Pathology from East Carolina University (Go Pirates!).

I grew up in Stanly County and now reside at High Rock Lake with my husband, Todd and our dog, Doc.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping, traveling, hiking, and reading.  I look forward to working with my students and continuing to see great progress even from a distance.
