Mrs. Couch

Welcome to my class! My name is Amber Couch and this is my 24th year teaching fifth grade at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Salisbury University in Maryland. I also recently completed the Gifted Local Endorsement of Educators course through Cabarrus County Schools. 

I teach Reading and Science on a team with Mrs. Park, who teaches Math and Social Studies. We are a united team with high expectations regarding academics, organization, discipline, and communication. Our goal is to help your child strive for his/her personal best in all areas. We look forward to an exciting and productive year!
