Mrs. Gardner
Welcome to Physical Education with Mrs. Gardner. I have been working in Cabarrus County for 16 years as a Health and Physical Education teacher and served as the softball and volleyball coach at JN Fries and Winkler. I am really looking forward to another great year at Northwest.
I grew up in Lynchburg, Va, where I played volleyball and softball in high school. I attended Catawba College in Salisbury where I played softball for 4 years.
I am a huge advocate for children and adults to live a healthy, active lifestyle. My goal is to educate students on how to make healthy choices in all aspects of their lives; physical, mental and emotional, and social health.
Please visit my Canvas page for more details about Health and PE class.
