       Athletic Paperwork Turn In Information
     
         Any student-athlete wanting to tryout for a sport or attend sport specific workouts must have a completed packet turned in and approved by Mr. Lenz our Athletic Trainer.  She will then issue the student-athlete an orange card to give the coach letting them know you are cleared for workouts/tryouts. NO ORANGE CARD/NO PARTICIPATING!!! CCS is going to an online platform to fill out athletic packets for the 2018-19 scholl year.  Once it is up and running, we will provide a link to access it.  The online form that will be turned in to Mrs. Lenz will be the physical form.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     

    Student/Athlete Insurance Information 
     
         All Cabarrus County School students are provided voluntary student insurance applications at the beginning of each school year that details options and pricing for student insurance. Parents may obtain information & purchase insurance on the link listed below. This is a great option for student athletes who may not have insurance coverage.
         
     
     
         
     

     
    Spring Sports Parent Meeting
         
         The mandatory spring sports interest meeting will be held after tryouts conclude.  The date and time is Thursday 3/8 at 5:45.  A parent/guardian must attend the meeting so their student athlete will be able to participate in that sport.  After completeing a brief power point, we will break out for team specific rules meetings. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the respective coach.
     
     
     
     

     
    Spring Sport Online Spirit Store
         
          Click on the link below and enter the code 3QN2U.  Be sure to order before the store closes Sunday 3/11.  All spring sports (Baseball, Soccer, Track, and Volleyball) have items that can be purchased.
     
     
     

     
    Pre-Season Power Point Presentation
     
         All parents/guardians must sign off that you viewed and understand the power point presentation at least once in the school calendar year so your student-athlete can participate on a sports teamOn the last slide of the power point is a link to a Google Form.  The results will be emailed to the athletic director, Mr. Ray Hylton, as proof the presentation was viewed.  This is in addition to signing and returning the team rules/sportsmanship pledge form from their respective coach.  If these conditions are not met, the student athlete can be held from participating in games until completed.  The power point can be accessed via the Athletics Presentation tab above, or by clicking on the hyperlink below.  If you have any questions, contact your respective coach.
     
     
     
     

     

     
     

    Titan Athletics Sponsorship Program
     
     
          Northwest Cabarrus Middle School athletics is looking for businesses, individuals, or families throughout the community to sponsor our athletic teams thru the NCMS Athletics Banner Program. There are two options to consider. Option one is a $300 donation. With this selection, a banner will be displayed for the 2017-18 school year. Option two is the “Legacy” option. For a $750 donation, your banner will be displayed until you choose to have if taken down. Banners will be displayed at all athletic, academic, and social events that take place in the NCMS main gym. This includes games, concerts, dances, and academic ceremonies. Banners are black and 3ft x 4ft in size with our school name/logo, your company name/logo (if you can provide it) or family name printed on it. Your donation is tax deductible and directly supports NCMS athletics. We thank you for your support and service to Cabarrus County Schools.

       Need sports information for a specific team....?

    Student Sport Passes
         
         Passes will allow the student to attend all HOME GAMES @ NCMS for the 2016-17 school year.  It cannot be used for away games or at conference tournaments.  The student will have to show their student ID and pass to gain admittance.   Passes are only valid for the student whose name appears on the pass. The passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Cost of the pass is $20, and a replacement card will cost $5. Students are encouraged to pre-order by submitting an order form @ open house to Mr. Hylton.  Passes may also be purchased during the school year by submitting an order form to Mr.Hylton during your PE class.  Order forms can be found under athletics forms, or by clinking this link, https://www.cabarrus.k12.nc.us/domain/2233 , and choosing the correct form.
     
     
     
     

     
    Northwest Recreation League
