Mrs. Thomasha Simmons

Hello!  My name is Thomasha Simmons.  I'm the CTE Business Lab Facilitator here at Opportunity School.  This is my 9th year here and I love my school!  I'm originally from New York where I attended Bernard M. Baruch College majoring in business administration.  When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family.  One of my favorite hobbies is singing.  Fun fact; I sang at the White House! 

I'm truly privileged to be able to work with your children.  I believe our mistakes don't define who we are.  But they can be used as a stepping stone that leads to a bright future.  I encourage my students to understand that their abilities are endless, to always be curious, and to never stop learning.  I excitedly look forward to an amazing year with your children!
