I am Chef Carla Skornik a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation.I am excited to be one of the Family and Consumer Science Teachers here at West Cabarrus High School. I have been a chef for 25 years and I completed my master's degree in International Hospitality Management at Stratford University in 2020. I earned my certified executive chef certification in 2000 from the American Culinary Federation.
