Hi, my name is Blakely Fore. I will be the Academic and Behavior Strategist here at Biloxi Upper Elementary. This will be my sixteenth year in education, and for twelve of those years I served as a Fourth Grade ELA teacher at Popp's Ferry Elementary. I look forward to assisting our students here at the Upper Elementary!
