Mrs. Stephanie Lett, NBCT

Mrs. Lett has been in education for 16 years and has taught English Language Arts in all grades 6-12 in Alabama, North Carolina, and Missouri. Stephanie is currently the Instructional Specialist at Etowah High School.  Her education includes a B.S. from Jacksonville State University and a M.Ed in Instructional Leadership from the University of Alabama. Mrs. Lett will graduate in August 2024 with her Ed.S in Instructional Leadership from the University of Alabama. Additionally, she earned National Board Certification in EA ELA in 2018. Since obtaining certification, Stephanie has mentored hundreds of candidates across the state. She currently serves as the VP of the AL NBCT Network as well as the lead facilitator of the National Board cohort for the AAMU Regional Inservice Center where she designs and leads professional development and candidate support. Additionally, she has served on multiple committees with the ALSDE in the development of the ACAP and critical standards for middle grade students in ELA. Stephanie is a lifelong learner and is passionate about student growth and achievement.

Stephanie and her husband, Brad, live in Guntersville. They have five children: Storm, Gabi, Josselyn, Garner, and Cooper.  They are avid Alabama fans (Roll Tide!) and love spending time outdoors as well as traveling. One of their bucket list items is to go to all 30 MLB stadiums.
