Hello!  My name is Stephanie Skelton.  I am a 1994 graduate of Etowah High School.  Following graduation, I attended Gadsden State Community College and Jacksonville State University, earning a degree in Nursing.  I have been a licensed Registered Nurse since 1997.  My clinical experience includes outpatient surgery, endoscopy, but I spent the majority of my nursing career working with a group of local surgeons in Etowah County.

 

I began my teaching career in 2009 as the Health Science Instructor for the Etowah County School System.  In 2019 I had the opportunity to return "home" at Etowah High School.  I am a product of the Health Science program here at Etowah.  Because of my Health Science experience, I was able to narrow down my career objective to nursing.

 

I married my high school sweetheart, Mike Skelton, in 1997 and together we have had the wonderful opportunity to raise our children, Garrett and Sydney.
