WELCOME TO MRS. RENTERIA'S CLASS

Hello, my name Is Mrs. Renteria and I have been teaching  kindergarten and first grade since 1999. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State Fullerton and my multiple subjects teaching credentials and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Chapman University in Orange, California. I hold a Clear Cross-Cultural, Language and Academic Development   certificate and a Mastery of Traits writing certificate. 

My husband and I have two wonderful adult children.  Our son is a Junior High Math teacher and college graduate from Texas A & M with a degree in Education, specializing in Math/Science. Our daughter is a graduate of  Cal Poly Pomona.  She  majored  in Kinesiology and currently works as a Physical Therapist aide.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, boating, traveling and watching movies. I also love reading, decorating, remodeling our home and of course teaching!
