My name is Kary Juggert. I teach fifth grade in room 20 at Valley View Elementary. I have been teaching for 31 years and absolutely love it! I have been teaching my entire career in Alvord and I am proud to be a teacher in this wonderful district.

I went to Mt. Sac for my Associated Degree, Cal Poly Pomona for my BA, and presently working on my Masters At Azusa Pacific University.

I have a wonderful family. I have three boys, age 28, 18, and 17. They are the joy of my life. I have one cat, Henry.  You may see us at the beach in the summertime. Our family loves the beach, surfing, snorkeling, and making sandcastles.

In my class, we have adopted UCLA as our class college!  We will wear our UCLA colors (Blue and Yellow) on Tuesdays. We also will be singing our Chant: "UCLA...Fight...Fight...Fight". 

Parents are encouraged to check DOJO daily or twice Daily and Peachjar. I will be communicating to parents using DOJO and Peachjar from our school and district. Please download Alvord App on your phone for full access to all areas of the District and school. We are a Green school and all communication will be conveyed on the app and class Dojo.

Donations are greatly appreciated. Our class needs are: tissues, Lysol wipes, antibacterial soap, pencils and dry erase markers.
