Ms. Ramirez Maravilla

Hello! My name is Dayana Ramirez Maravilla. I am a Dual Language Third Grade teacher at Valley View Elementary School. I live in Riverside with my husband and son. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and volunteering in community events. I once was an Alvord student and attended Arlanza, Terrace, and La Granada Elementary. Then, I moved on to Wells Middle School and Norte Vista High School. After high school, I attended California Baptist University where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Media with a concentration in Public Relations. When I decided to become a teacher, I attended the University of Southern California where I received a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching and a Multiple Subject teaching credential with Bilingual Authorization. Along the way, I have learned many amazing things about working in the education field, and  I am excited to be working with your child this school year, learning and growing while making new memories. :) I look forward to a successful school year!
