All new students and all 10th grade students are required by State Law to have a physical examination.  This physical examination may be performed by a private physician or by the school physician.  Forms for the physical examinations will be distributed to the students over the summer and are to be returned to the school nurse by the end of October.  All other students will be required to meet the school physician before June 15th.  All 10th grade sports physicals will be counted as the required 10th grade physical.
