In accordance with State law, students who require internal medication during school hours must bring the following to the school nurse:

1. A note from the parent giving permission to administer the medication.
2. A note from the doctor indicating the dosage, times, etc.

All over-the-counter and prescribed medications (in the original containers) shall remain in the nurse's office during the school day.
