                                               Hello! My name is Jacqueline Forrest and I am so excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher this year! I am honored to be a teacher in the Red Hook Central School District and am looking forward to another fantastic year. I graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelors Degree in Childhood and Early Childhood Education with a minor in Earth Science. I continued my education and earned a Masters degree in Literacy Education birth through sixth grade. The Kindergarten curriculum is very familiar to me and I anticipate a safe,
fun and loving environment for your child to grow.

A little bit more about my personal life:
   I currently reside in Pleasant Valley with my husband, two stepsons and 4 year old son! I love the outdoors and have a strong passion for reading and music.  I also enjoy the outdoors, good food and the company of friends and family. I love my job, and all of the little people I work with every day. Even though kindergarten has changed over the years, I still remember what it felt like to be five years old and in kindergarten.....
