Keeping First Grade Fabulous: Mrs. Amanda Hamilton
Please give a warm welcome back and congratulations to Mrs. Amanda Hamilton. 🙌🏻 Amanda is a native to the area and a 2007 Putnam County graduate. 👩🏼🎓After graduating high school, Amanda obtained her Bachelors in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University in 2009. She then earned her Bachelors of Education from Graceland University in 2012, with endorsements in Reading and Special Education. In 2016, Amanda received her Masters of Education in Teaching and Technology from William Woods.👩🏼🎓
A fun fact about Mrs. Hamilton is that she found her love of teaching while substitute teaching.👩🏼🏫 This the the start of her 7th year teaching. She taught 4th grade for 4 years and 1st grade for the past two years.
Amanda 👰🏼is married to Stacy 🤵and they have a 7 year old daughter, Avery👧🏼, a five year old son, Easton👱♂️, and brand new baby boy, Evett 👶🏼.
Mrs. Hamilton and her family live on a farm 🐮🐐in the eastern end of the county. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys a side gig decorating cookies 🍪& cupcakes. She loves to craft, cook, garden, read📚, help on the family farm, play games, BBQ with friends and family, and watch the Food Network.
