Welcome to Pathfinder! It is my pleasure to welcome you and your child to our kindergarten classroom.  I am looking forward to working with you to ensure that your child has a positive, joyful, and successful first experience with school. 

I would like to briefly introduce myself. Currently, this is my 22nd year of teaching. I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA with a Bachelor of Arts in Education.  I have taught Second Grade in California and Special Education in the Federal Way School District.  I have a wide range of experiences in the Mukilteo School District, too as this is my 18th year in the Mukilteo School District. I enjoyed “looping” from first to second grade at Odyssey Elementary for the last 16 years since it opened. Also, I earned a Master of Science degree in Reading and Literacy from Walden University.  When I am not teaching, I would rather be outside with my boys.
