Hello, my name is Tami McPherron.  I began teaching in the Mukilteo School District in 1995 and have taught kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and special education.  I love teaching kindergarten and am excited to see the wonderful academic and social growth five and six year olds make in a year!!  This age is full of adventure, love to learn about the world, and bring such joy and happiness to all.

When not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, and quilting.  My family keeps me busy with outdoor activities, travel, projects around the house, roller skating, and Girl Scouts - I love to experience new adventures with them!
