• The first word we use to describe BWF is "family."  Like any family, every day we are faced with decisions that shape our direction moving forward.  In making those decisions, it's important that our direction not determine our beliefs.  Instead, we always want our beliefs to determine our direction.  Of the decisions we've faced, none were more important to our story than deciding what we believed.  Every day since has been spent designing structures to support the learning that grew from those beliefs.  Those structures include aspects our culture, our goals, and our practice.  With every step, we see those structures aligning to support our ability to provide an effective, challenging, and engaging education for every student.  This overview highlights those structures.  The tabs to the left explain these structures in greater detail.
