Karyssa Dittrich
My name is Mrs. Dittrich and I am a first grade teacher at Brown! This is my 6th year teaching. I went to Austin Peay State University and Western Governors University where I earned a master's degree in curriculum and instruction. I am licensed to teach Kindergarten through fifth grade as well as Special Education (K-8) and English as a Second Language (K-12). I am married to a wonderful guy and together we have two amazing kiddos of our own: Rory and Gracie. We live in Columbia with our two dogs, three cats, and a whole bunch of chickens! When I’m not at school, I enjoy reading a good book, going to Disney World, and being with my family. I am looking forward to a fantastic year in first grade!

Preslee Lones
Hello! I'm Preslee Lones and I teach First Grade. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2020 with a degree in Business Administration. I am currently enrolled at Western Governors University to obtain my Masters in Elementary Education. I previously worked as a Pre-K Teacher and a Nanny. My hobbies include traveling and camping. I am so excited to be a Brown Bear!
