COVID- 19 Information
East Haven Adult Learning Center is open for the 2021-2022 academic school year. We will be conducting only in-person classes at this time. All students are required to wear a mask covering both their nose and mouth. There are no exceptions to this policy. Students should also consider to be personally responsible and get vaccinated. Please continue to monitor this page for updated guidelines.
COVID-19
In the event of COVID-19 or variant mutilations resurgence in our community, the following procedures will be implemented:
Students and participants’ should stay home if they are ill; have tested positive for, or are showing COVID-19 symptoms.
The program should be notified to allow a review of protocols and guidance as to the next steps taken. This may be suspension of studies until the next semester or placed in a virtual classroom. A minimum 10 – 14 day quarantine observance will be imposed on any student or faculty member testing positive for COVID-19.
Students and participants’ should stay home if they have recently had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Student absenteeism will be closely monitored to identify trends that would suggest the spread of illness such as COVID-19.
