Hello! I am very pleased to be serving the students, staff, and families of South Caldwell High School for my 9th year as an assistant principal. I am actually an SCHS graduate myself (class of '86), as is my entire family (husband, Monty, class of '85; daughter Meredith, class of '13; daughter Rebecca, class of '15). We are full of Spartan pride at our house!

After first spending a decade as a commercial lender with First Citizens Bank and BB&T following college graduation, I stayed home full-time with my daughters for a few years while serving as a school volunteer. I then transitioned to education through the lateral entry process via the NC Teach program at Lenoir-Rhyne University. Prior to becoming an administrator at SCHS, I spent 7 years as an English teacher at West Caldwell High School. I have truly enjoyed my educational career with Caldwell County Schools, and I look forward to many more productive years of service with our school district.
