This is my 28th year in education! I started my teaching career as a third grade teacher in Fayetteville, NC. I was hired at Sawmills in 1993 and have had the joy of teaching first, second and third graders over a sixteen year span. For the past ten years, I have been an Instructional Facilitator with Caldwell County. This position allowed me to work with teachers across the district. I am so thankful to be returning to Sawmills to teach again. Sawmills is family! I am passionate about people and learning and believe that strong relationships with students and their families will help ensure success for all.
