Mrs. Elaine Spicer

Welcome! This is my tenth year as a teacher at Harrisburg Elementary School.  After teaching first and second grade for nine years, I'm excited about teaching English Language Arts to second and third grade students in the Mandarin program!  I consider it a privilege to be an educator and enjoy interacting with children each day.  They challenge and motivate me to be a teacher who makes a difference.  

I am married with wonderful children of my own who bring me great joy! I love spending time with my family and friends, especially at the beach. I enjoy reading, writing, learning about different cultures, and teaching my students to appreciate diversity.
