Mrs. Ashley Becker

Welcome to first grade! My name is Ashley Becker and I'm so excited to be your child's teacher this year! A fun little fact about me is that I went to Cabarrus County schools my entire K-12 education so this is certainly home for me. I then went on to East Carolina University where I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2018. I continued my studies while beginning my teaching career and received my Master's Degree, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. Along with my degrees, I have two license certifications including Birth-Kindergarten as well as K-6.

Teaching is one of my greatest passions. There is nothing better than seeing the growth my students make over the course of the school year, not only academically, but also in their confidence as a learner and a unique individual. I'm looking forward to seeing the growth YOUR child will make this year in first grade! Thank you for sharing them with me!
