Mrs. Erin Plummer

This is my 23rd year teaching 5th grade at Harrisburg Elementary School. I was named Harrisburg Elementary School's Teacher of the Year in 2018 and was a Cabarrus County Schools 2018-2019 Teacher of the Year Finalist.I graduated with a BS in Elementary Education from UNCC in 2000 as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow. I went back to school to obtain my Masters Degree in Elementary Education from UNCC and finished in 2007. I am certified in both Global Education and GLEE. I am a product of Cabarrus County Schools, and my parents were both educators in Cabarrus County for 30 years.
